How UKDDI collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when providing business telephone numbers and telecom services.
What we process
Customer and business contact details, billing and order information, telephone-number allocation and porting details, technical service logs where required, support communications and relevant marketing preferences.
Why we process it
We process data to provide services, perform contracts, meet legal and regulatory duties, secure our systems, prevent fraud and pursue legitimate business interests. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing and retention
Relevant data may be shared with telecom carriers, payment providers, hosting and infrastructure suppliers, professional advisers or public authorities where necessary. We retain information only as long as needed for contractual, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention and legal purposes.
Your rights
