Send inbound calls to your existing phone system without replacing the platform you already manage. During checkout you can provide the destination hostname, SIP URI or public IP and select a Starter, Regular or Plus trunk tier with fixed concurrent-call limits.

  • Registration or IP-based delivery information captured securely
  • Starter: 1 paid simultaneous-call channel (inbound or outbound)

  • Configured direction-specific ceilings (including an outbound technical ceiling) do not increase paid call capacity.

Should I choose a SIP trunk or hosted VoIP?

Choose a SIP trunk when you already operate a compatible PBX or 3CX platform. Choose hosted VoIP when you want the phone platform, extensions and day-to-day management delivered as a service.

Can a business number ring a mobile?

Yes. Choose landline or mobile divert for a simple forward, or use a hosted phone system or PBX when several users, schedules, queues or reporting are required.

How many simultaneous SIP calls do I need?

Size the service from the highest expected inbound and outbound calls during the busiest period, then add sensible headroom. Do not use employee count alone.

Can UKDDI numbers work with 3CX?

UKDDI can collect and provision SIP routing for compatible 3CX designs. Authentication, DID format, inbound rules, firewall policy and support responsibility must be confirmed before activation.
