Privacy notice
How the UKDDI website processes customer and order information.
Payment providers
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Direct Debit mandates and bank collections are processed on GoCardless-hosted pages. UKDDI does not receive or store the payer’s full bank-account details; it stores provider customer, mandate, payment and subscription references needed to operate and reconcile the service.
Information collected
We collect contact, company, billing, delivery, technical routing, order, invoice and support information. Payment card details are entered directly into the hosted payment provider and are not stored in this website database.
How it is used
Information is used to reserve and provision telephone numbers, configure routing, take payment, generate and email invoices and credit notes, reconcile collections, prevent fraud, provide support, meet regulatory requirements and keep service records.
Analytics and consent
The standard Google tag is loaded on public pages using Advanced Consent Mode. Until you accept optional cookies, analytics and advertising storage remain denied. In that state, UKDDI may send limited cookieless page and commerce-event pings for aggregate measurement and modelling. These pings do not write or read Google Analytics cookies, do not enable Google Signals and are not used by UKDDI to build remarketing audiences.
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we use fuller measurement to understand page views, number-product views, basket activity, checkout progress, completed orders and enquiries, and may create advertising audiences. We do not intentionally send customer names, email addresses, billing addresses, SIP credentials, routing destinations or support-message contents to Google.
You can accept or reject optional cookies from the website banner and reopen the choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from searching numbers, using the basket or completing an order.
Sharing
Order data may be shared with payment processors, carriers, number range holders, delivery providers, hosting suppliers and professional advisers where necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Saved baskets and advertising
UKDDI stores a first-party basket identifier for up to 30 days so selected telephone numbers can be restored when you return. Before restoration, availability is checked again. The long-lived saved basket does not contain your name, email address, billing address, SIP credentials or divert destination.
Cookieless GA4 measurement may receive basket and checkout event names, product identifiers and order values before optional consent, with analytics and advertising storage denied. Google Ads remarketing and personalised advertising remain disabled until consent is granted. Google does not receive the customer contact, billing or routing information entered into checkout. You can reject or change optional cookie consent using Cookie settings in the footer.
