UKDDI publishes its active business telephone service and call-package prices here. SIP trunks provide one concurrent call per trunk; any unlimited call package has a 2,000-minute fair usage allowance per trunk. Number rental, number-grade premiums, service subscriptions and call usage are separate charges unless your selected plan explicitly includes them. All figures are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.

Choose from available geographic, national and freephone numbers. Rental and setup charges are displayed on each number before you add it to your basket. The number's grade determines any additional upfront premium.

Unlimited plans, where offered, have a fair usage allowance of 2,000 minutes per SIP trunk. Autodiallers exceeding 30 outbound calls per hour per SIP trunk are not supported.

Call charges depend on the service and package you select. The rates below are the configured out-of-bundle rates for active SIP call packages, not a universal tariff for all UKDDI services.

Special-rate, premium, international and excluded destinations may cost more. Diverted calls are charged under the chosen divert plan. Check your order and applicable tariff before placing calls.
International telephone numbers
Ask UKDDI about an international number for your required country or city. Availability, permitted use, local presence and identity documentation vary by destination, so we confirm pricing and eligibility before accepting an order.

Free-delivery eligibility is based on hardware only; number charges, services, setup and subscriptions do not count towards the threshold.

How much does a UK business phone number cost?
The rental and setup cost depends on the individual UK telephone number and its grade. Search available numbers to see the exact rental and upfront price before adding a number to your basket.
How much does a UK SIP trunk cost?
SIP trunk prices are listed in the active SIP trunk service table above. You need one trunk for each simultaneous call; number rental and call packages are separate unless your selected service says otherwise.
Are UK mobile and landline calls included?
This depends on your selected call package. The package table lists inclusive allowances and the call-rate table lists configured out-of-bundle UK landline and mobile rates.
Do prices include VAT?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all UKDDI prices are shown excluding VAT.
Are telephone-number charges separate from service charges?
Yes. Number rental and any number-grade upfront charge are separate from SIP trunk, hosted phone or divert charges. The basket shows the actual total before payment.
Can I buy international telephone numbers?
Contact UKDDI with the country, city or area code and intended use. Availability, documentation requirements, setup charges and ongoing rental are confirmed before ordering.
What does an unlimited SIP call plan include?
Where an unlimited plan is enabled, fair use is 2,000 minutes per SIP trunk. One SIP trunk is required per concurrent call. Autodiallers making more than 30 outbound calls per hour per SIP trunk are not supported. The individual package conditions also apply.
