National Living Wage Commitment
UKDDI believes people should be paid fairly for the work they do.
Our commitment
We are committed to paying employees at least the applicable statutory National Living Wage or National Minimum Wage for their age and status and reviewing pay when statutory rates change.
Current rate
From 1 April 2026, the statutory National Living Wage rate for workers aged 21 and over is £12.71 per hour.
Fair pay
Meeting the legal minimum is a baseline. Pay decisions can also reflect role, responsibility, skills, experience and market conditions. We do not support unlawful deductions or practices intended to avoid minimum-wage obligations.
