Support for Charities

UKDDI wants to make professional business-telephony services more accessible to organisations working for public and community benefit.

Who can apply

UK-registered charities, community interest organisations, not-for-profit community groups and other organisations with a clear charitable or community-benefit purpose can ask us to consider support.

Support available

Depending on the service and underlying carrier costs, support may include discounted setup charges, preferential pricing on selected UKDDI services or help choosing an appropriate business number and voice setup.

How to apply

Contact UKDDI through the website with your organisation details, charity number where relevant, what your organisation does and the service required. We will review the request and confirm any support available.

Conditions

Support and discounts are discretionary, case-by-case and subject to normal service terms. An offer of support does not create an entitlement to future discounts.
