Sales Executive
Full-time role based at UKDDI, Runway House, North Weald, Essex.
Base salary: £28,000 per year
On-target earnings: £38,000–£45,000
Commission: 5% of gross profit on new recurring services for the first 12 months, plus £25 for each completed sale of an eligible new UKDDI number/service bundle. Commission is uncapped and subject to the employment commission plan.
What you’ll do
- Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and convert qualified opportunities.
- Make targeted outbound calls and follow-up activity.
- Help customers choose appropriate UK business numbers and voice services.
- Prepare quotations and explain setup, rental, call and porting charges clearly.
- Follow orders through payment and handover to provisioning.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up dates.
- Identify opportunities to add SIP trunks, hosted phones, call divert and number-porting services.
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, confident telephone manner.
- Good written communication and attention to detail.
- Sales experience is useful; telecoms experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the order.
- Able to work consistently with targets and follow-up tasks.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
